Why isn't my activity data syncing from my activity tracker?
Answer
Several scenarios could impact the syncing of your activity data. If you can't resolve your issues based on the following information, please submit a support ticket (link below).
Please note that depending on which activity tracker you have integrated, it could take up to 2 hours for the activity to appear.
Resync Your Data
On your Get Active page in the mobile app, select the Resync Activity Data link. This will activate the sync process. Depending on which activity tracker you have integrated, it could take up to 2 hours for the activity to load.
iOS Device - Apple Health Categories
If you are using an Apple device, check your device settings to ensure that all categories have been enabled to retrieve your data.
The adjust the settings on your device, go to Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Select your App > Select Turn all Categories On.
Manual Start/Stop - Location Permissions
If you are using the manual start/stop feature in the mobile app, you will need to ensure that Location Permissions are enabled.
- iOS Device - go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services should be set to On.
- Android Device - go to Settings > Privacy > Permission Manager > Location > Select Your App > Select Allow all the time.
