How do I download the app for iOS?

Answer

To download the app on your iPhone:

  1. From the home screen of your mobile device, select the App Store icon.
  2. To browse the Apple App Store, select the search bar at the bottom right of your device screen.
  3. Type the name of the non-profit or event that you are registered for and select Search.             
  4. Select Get.                          
  5. Login using the username and password you created when you registered for the event.

Other Ways to Access the Mobile App

  • Log into your Fundraising Center and look for the mobile app promotion on the dashboard.
  • Look for the promotion within the 'thank you for registering' email you received when you completed your online registration.
