How do I log in to the mobile app?

Answer

  1. Once you have downloaded the app, select the App Icon on your device and wait for the app to launch.
  2. From the login screen, enter your username and password.

Helpful Tips

    • The username and password were created when you registered for the event on the event website.
    • If you would like the mobile app to remember your username, select the checkbox next to Remember My Username. This will auto-populate your username, so you only have to enter your password when you come back to the app.
    • If your mobile app supports facial login (iOS Devices), simply check the box next to Enable Face ID Login.
    • If your mobile app supports touch login (Android Devices), simply check the box next to Enable Touch ID Login.
    • As a safety precaution, you will be automatically logged out after 24 hours of inactivity.
